Home staging is a fast-growing industry driven by hard-working Realtors across the country. As soon as a property is ready to hit the market, in come the stagers. These are the experts who use their experienced eye for color, space, flow & knowledge of general appeal to make the home attractive to a wide range of buyers.

Our projects are often furnished, personal spaces that requires a bit of organizing, de-cluttering, de-coloring or simply some fresh updating with the use of paint, bedding, accessories, art pieces or lighting. A home filled with family photographs & memories is a wonderful place for the owner to live but pushes potential buyers away...they think that home is taken!

Other projects consist of vacant, empty houses that require just the right amount of furnishings to allow buyers to understand the size & potential of each room. Have you ever noticed how much BIGGER a room looks after you have furnished it? We have a lot of tricks to direct attention away from the home's flaws & toward its features as well...keeping buyers focused on the positives!

We often purchase furniture for our clients which they can either: (a) keep for themselves, (b) sell with the home as a turn-key purchase to be used by the buyer as their own home or a rental property, or (c) sell back to Marmot at a reduced rate. For those who choose not to purchase furnishings, there are several rental options we offer as well.
