Pricing is subject to project parameters, but a general guideline is as follows:

Initial Professional Consultation
and Line-Itemed Proposal

Initial inspection of the property generally requires about 1-2 hours where we take interior photos & measurements.

The resulting proposal is generally delivered within the week & will be line-itemed with numerous style ideas, specific items to be acquired and the corresponding general budget for each item. This is a very helpful tool for clients who may not have the budget for our services but would like to stage or redecorate their home on their own.

*Professional Consultation fee is often waived, depending upon scope of Marmot Services that are contracted.
