After the completion of an apartment / condo conversion in a 13 unit multi-family building, we as the developer & sales team needed a model home very quickly. Marmot Home Design was given a pretty tight budget and timeframe to bring two empty bedrooms, the living, dining, kitchen & bathroom areas to life.
